Halloween Update
The four oldest girls as kidlets ready for Halloween.
Well, this past week has been a roller coaster of emotions. My husband was in a car accident last Thursday. There was a dump truck and he had to be air lifted and I was frantic trying to get to him, but late on Friday (our 5th wedding anniversary btw) he was discharged and able to walk out of the hospital by my side with only a few stitches in his head. It’s a miracle.
So, this week I haven’t been really focused on anything other than him and not all that glued to the computer. However, I didn’t want to cut into my buffer (just in case I need more time). I did have my tablet and a cool sketchpad app, so I worked on something silly to celebrate Halloween instead. It was like finger painting, but it kept me from worrying about things I can’t control. *Regular updates will resume next week! Promise!*
Also wanted to thank Annie Stoll, co-creator of Ode. She sent my first link exchange request and was just the pick-me-up I needed this past week. Check out her comic! It has a beautifully unique style and just started Chapter 3.
Really pretty! And Ode is very good too!!!
since i know i am not ever going to get you down here to the south i am going to beg my husband and pray that one day i can get up there to you for igames of my own kids like this . seriously all of the little details the feet, thumb sucking, sisterly love. those little details are the things i am going to miss the most about my children when they have grown. you are a master at the little details steph.
I’m pretty southern. (South Carolina!) But no kids at the moment. 😀 I guess those little details come from my own childhood and working with kids now. Thank You!
Hope to see you soon! maybe a side project could be “gravitar”s in the princecesses images?
I’ve got the cast images I can make into Gravitars. Which do you want and I’ll send it to you. 😀
